1.Delivery/Shipping Policy:

RB Traders opens the doorway for everybody to shop over the Internet. Our dedicated Chemicals quality assurance team works round the clock personally to make sure the right packages reach on time. Our services are at your doorsteps with an affordable delivery charge. We process all deliveries through reputed courier services as well as our in-house delivery team. We deliver products all over Bangladesh as well as the world. If there is any modification in the delivery charge for a particular item, it is mentioned in product details. Order confirmation and delivery completion are subject to product availability. Delivery time may differ from one item to another. 

2.Delivery Timeline:

Delivery might take longer than the usual timeframe/line to be followed by echem. The delivery timeframe is only subject to estimation and please consider and calculate the announced timeframe as working days. It might vary depending upon the circumstances. Delivery might be delayed due to force majeure events which include, but not limited to, political unrest, political event, national/public holidays/official holiday(s), pandemics, etc, also for the supplier delay for the mass number of orders and for logistic partners; ie: courier services.

Order after 6 PM will be considered as an order of the next business day. Our business days exclude government holidays / public holidays.

Note: It is requested to the respected customers to refrain from buying excessive goods by being panicked. We are unable to entertain any bulk quantity during COVID-19. Delivery may delay due to COVID-19.

Exceptional Delivery: There are some exceptional items imported from outside Bangladesh. These items can take more days to reach you. 

You can make your purchases on RB Traders and get delivery from anywhere in the world. Delivery charge varies according to customers' country. In the case of paid order, Echem.com.bd cannot be held liable if the customer does not receive it within 30 Days.

3.Replacement Guarantee:

We provide a great customer experience each time you shop with your website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we ensure a ‘Replacement Guarantee’. We will replace your purchased product if the product has any defect from its manufacturer or if the product is not the same one you ordered. Please check your products in front of riders or courier service agents to avail of replacement service.

All you need to do is give us a call or drop an email at support@echem.com.bd within a period of 24 hours from the date of delivery. However, please return the product with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. Replacement for products is subject to inspection and checking by the RB Traders team. Replacement cannot be possible if the product is burnt, damaged by a short circuit, broken by the customer, or damaged while using by the customer.

We give the option of taking back the product from your doorstep at Dhaka. If reverse pickup is not possible from your doorstep, you can send it by courier to our office address (Ground Floor) 53 DIT Extension Road, Nayapalton, Dhaka-1000. Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or application will not be covered under our 'Replacement Guarantee’.

In case of product's sold out at the merchant's end, the customer can choose any other product from our website or can keep the amount debited to his RB Traders account as shopping credit.

Shopping Credit / Reward Points can not be cash refunded, only to be refunded as shopping credit/reward point.

RBTradersbd.com প্রত্যেকের জন্য ইন্টারনেটের মাধ্যমে কেনাকাটার দ্বার উন্মুক্ত করেছে। আমাদের ডেডিকেটেড ইকেম কোয়ালিটি অ্যাসুরেন্স টিম সঠিক প্যাকেজগুলো সময়মতো পৌঁছানো নিশ্চিত করতে ব্যক্তিগতভাবে সার্বক্ষণিক কাজ করে। সাশ্রয়ী মূল্যের ডেলিভারি চার্জ সহ আমাদের পরিষেবাগুলি আপনার দোরগোড়ায়। আমরা স্বনামধন্য কুরিয়ার পরিষেবার পাশাপাশি আমাদের ইন-হাউস ডেলিভারি দলের মাধ্যমে সমস্ত ডেলিভারি প্রক্রিয়া করি। আমরা সারা বাংলাদেশের পাশাপাশি সারা বিশ্বে পণ্য সরবরাহ করি। কোনো নির্দিষ্ট আইটেমের জন্য ডেলিভারি চার্জে কোনো পরিবর্তন থাকলে তা পণ্যের বিবরণে উল্লেখ করা হয়। অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণ এবং বিতরণ সমাপ্তি পণ্য প্রাপ্যতা সাপেক্ষে. ডেলিভারি সময় এক আইটেম থেকে অন্য ভিন্ন হতে পারে.

2. ডেলিভারি টাইমলাইন:

ডেলিভারি ইকেম দ্বারা অনুসরণ করা স্বাভাবিক সময়সীমা/লাইনের চেয়ে বেশি সময় নিতে পারে। ডেলিভারির সময়সীমা শুধুমাত্র অনুমানের সাপেক্ষে এবং অনুগ্রহ করে ঘোষিত সময়সীমাকে কর্মদিবস হিসাবে বিবেচনা করুন এবং গণনা করুন। এটি পরিস্থিতির উপর নির্ভর করে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে। ফোর্স ম্যাজেউর ইভেন্টগুলির কারণে ডেলিভারি বিলম্বিত হতে পারে যার মধ্যে রয়েছে, তবে এতে সীমাবদ্ধ নয়, রাজনৈতিক অস্থিরতা, রাজনৈতিক ঘটনা, জাতীয়/সরকারি ছুটি/সরকারি ছুটি(গুলি), মহামারী ইত্যাদি, সরবরাহকারীর বিলম্বের জন্যও বিপুল সংখ্যক অর্ডার এবং লজিস্টিক অংশীদারদের জন্য; যেমন: কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস।

সন্ধ্যা ৬টার পরের অর্ডার পরবর্তী ব্যবসায়িক দিনের অর্ডার হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবে। আমাদের ব্যবসায়িক দিনগুলি সরকারি ছুটি/সরকারি ছুটির দিনগুলি বাদ দিয়ে।

দ্রষ্টব্য: সম্মানিত গ্রাহকদের আতঙ্কিত হয়ে অতিরিক্ত পণ্য কেনা থেকে বিরত থাকার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে। আমরা COVID-19-এর সময় কোনও বাল্ক পরিমাণ বিনোদন দিতে অক্ষম। COVID-19-এর কারণে ডেলিভারিতে দেরি হতে পারে।

ব্যতিক্রমী ডেলিভারি: বাংলাদেশের বাইরে থেকে আমদানি করা কিছু ব্যতিক্রমী আইটেম রয়েছে। এই আইটেমগুলি আপনার কাছে পৌঁছাতে আরও দিন লাগতে পারে।

আপনি ইকেমে আপনার কেনাকাটা করতে পারেন এবং বিশ্বের যে কোনও জায়গা থেকে ডেলিভারি পেতে পারেন। ডেলিভারি চার্জ গ্রাহকদের দেশ অনুযায়ী পরিবর্তিত হয়। পেইড অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে, গ্রাহক ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে না পেলে Rbtradersbd.com কে দায়ী করা যাবে না।

3. প্রতিস্থাপন গ্যারান্টি:

আপনি যখনই আপনার ইকেম দিয়ে কেনাকাটা করেন তখন আমরা একটি দুর্দান্ত গ্রাহক অভিজ্ঞতা প্রদান করি। আপনি যদি আপনার ক্রয়ের সাথে সন্তুষ্ট না হন তবে আমরা একটি 'প্রতিস্থাপন গ্যারান্টি' নিশ্চিত করি। আমরা আপনার ক্রয়কৃত পণ্যটি প্রতিস্থাপন করব যদি পণ্যটির প্রস্তুতকারকের কাছ থেকে কোনও ত্রুটি থাকে বা যদি পণ্যটি আপনার অর্ডার করা একই না হয়। প্রতিস্থাপন পরিষেবা পেতে দয়া করে রাইডার বা কুরিয়ার পরিষেবা এজেন্টদের সামনে আপনার পণ্যগুলি পরীক্ষা করুন৷

আপনাকে যা করতে হবে তা হল ডেলিভারির তারিখ থেকে 24 ঘন্টার মধ্যে support@rbtraders.com এ আমাদের একটি কল বা একটি ইমেল ড্রপ করুন। যাইহোক, অনুগ্রহ করে অক্ষত ট্যাগ সহ পণ্যটি এবং তাদের আসল প্যাকেজিংয়ে, একটি ধোয়া ও ক্ষয়বিহীন অবস্থায় ফেরত দিন। পণ্যের প্রতিস্থাপন ইকেম টিম দ্বারা পরিদর্শন এবং চেক সাপেক্ষে। পণ্যটি পুড়ে গেলে, শর্ট সার্কিটের কারণে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে, গ্রাহকের দ্বারা ভেঙে গেলে বা গ্রাহকের দ্বারা ব্যবহার করার সময় ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে প্রতিস্থাপন সম্ভব নয়।

আমরা ঢাকায় আপনার দোরগোড়া থেকে পণ্য ফেরত নেওয়ার বিকল্প দিই। যদি আপনার দোরগোড়া থেকে রিভার্স পিকআপ করা সম্ভব না হয়, আপনি কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে আমাদের অফিসের ঠিকানা 53, DIT Extension Road, Nayapalton, Dhaka-1000-এ পাঠাতে পারেন। অবহেলা, অনুপযুক্ত ব্যবহার, বা আবেদনের কারণে ক্ষতি আমাদের 'প্রতিস্থাপন গ্যারান্টি'-এর অধীনে কভার করা হবে না।

মার্চেন্টের শেষে পণ্য বিক্রি হয়ে গেলে, গ্রাহক আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট থেকে অন্য কোনো পণ্য বেছে নিতে পারেন বা শপিং ক্রেডিট হিসাবে তার ইকেম অ্যাকাউন্টে ডেবিট করা পরিমাণ রাখতে পারেন।

শপিং ক্রেডিট/পুরস্কার পয়েন্ট নগদ ফেরত দেওয়া যাবে না, শুধুমাত্র শপিং ক্রেডিট/পুরস্কার পয়েন্ট হিসাবে ফেরত দিতে হবে।
